By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable Malaysian laws

the Computer Crimes Act 1997, the Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act 1999,
the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and the Digital Signature Act 1997

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed exclusively by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Registration
- By creating an account on our platform, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these Registration Terms and Conditions.

- You agree to create a unique username and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.

- You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or in a way that could harm, disrupt, overload, or negatively affect the platform.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we consider harmful or inappropriate.
User Responsibilities
- You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times.
- You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
- You must promptly update any changes to your information in your account profile.
- You are required to follow all platform guidelines, policies, and rules as set forth by the service. Activities that violate these guidelines, such as spamming or posting inappropriate content, are strictly prohibited.
- You agree to engage in constructive discussions and provide feedback in a positive and respectful manner.
- You are expected to show respect to fellow users, instructors, and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language is strictly forbidden.
- You are encouraged to provide feedback regarding courses, features, and overall user experience to help us improve the platform.
Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources available on the platform—including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, and course materials—are the intellectual property of Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd. All rights are reserved.
- You may not use the content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd.
- You may submit content (such as assignments, comments, or discussions) on the platform. You grant Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the services offered.
- Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these intellectual property terms.
- You may not reproduce any content from the platform in any form, including through photocopying, scanning, or digital reproduction.
- Distribution, selling, or sharing any content with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- You are prohibited from altering, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from any content on the platform without prior authorization from Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd.
- Any unauthorized form of copying, distribution, or modification of content may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action. Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for any violations of these terms.
Payment & Subscription
Our platform offers various subscription plans that provide access to course materials and additional features.
- You agree to provide valid payment information when subscribing. Accepted payment methods include E-wallets & Account Wallet.
- All subscriptions will need to be renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Please note that we do not provide refund service when a subscription is canceled in the middle of a billing cycle. You may still get access to our contents and materials until the end of the cycle. You will be billed the appropriate subscription fee for your selected plan on the renewal date.
- If applicable, you may be given a limited-time free trial period. To access the free trial, you must provide payment information, and you are allowed to cancel it anytime. If the subscription is not canceled before the trial period concludes, it will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged accordingly.
- Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes, fees, or other charges. You are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred due to your payment method or location.
- All subscription payments are typically Non-Refundable. However, in exceptional cases, such as technical issues that hinder access to the platform, you may request a refund by reaching out to our customer support. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time. You will be notified of significant changes to the plans or pricing and will have the option to accept or decline the changes.
- Failure to pay subscription fees or any charge due may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the platform until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Dispute Resolution
This section outlines the process for resolving any disputes that may arise between users and Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd regarding the use of our online education platform.
In the case of a dispute, both parties agree to initially seek an informal resolution through direct communication.
Users should reach out to our customer support with any concerns, and we will work to resolve the issue amicably.
If the dispute remains unresolved after informal communication, either party may request mediation.
The mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon qualified mediator, with the goal of achieving a satisfactory resolution for both parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innotech Lifestyle and its affiliates, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the platform.
- The conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
- Any content obtained from or through the platform.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored there.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our platform.
- Bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the platform.
In no event shall Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
You acknowledge and agree that we have set its prices and entered into this agreement in reliance on the limitations of liability set forth herein, which allocate the risk between the parties and form a basis of this bargain.
Termination of Services/Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform and the services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Inactivity on the account for an extended period of 3 months.
- Engaging in any conduct that we believe is harmful to the platform, our users, or our operations.
- Legal obligations or requests by law enforcement authorities.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account cancellation procedures outlined in your account settings.
Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the services until that time.
Upon termination of your account or suspension of access to the platform:
- Your right to use the services will immediately cease.
- Any content or data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
- You will not be entitled to any refund for fees or charges paid, unless otherwise stated in these terms.
- You will need to register a new account to get access to our platform again. Please note that a new billing cycle will be charged if you choose to do so.
- In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the contact information associated with your account.
Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (https://www.pdp.gov.my).

AI Content & Functions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AI content and functions provided by My School AI Hub. By accessing or using these features, you agree to these terms.
The AI features, including content generation, recommendations, and analyses, are designed to assist you in your educational experience. You may use these features solely for personal, educational purposes and in compliance with these terms.
- You are responsible for supplying accurate and suitable input to the AI features. The output produced by the AI relies on the data you provide. Please ensure that your input adheres to all applicable laws and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
- You agree not to utilize the AI features for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including, but not limited to, generating misleading or harmful content.
- All content generated by the AI remains the intellectual property of Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd. You may use the generated content for personal educational purposes but are not permitted to use it for commercial purposes without obtaining express written permission.
- By utilizing the AI features, you grant Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content produced based on your input.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be correct, complete, or suitable for your needs. You should not rely solely on AI-generated results for critical decisions.
- You understand that the AI functions are based on machine learning and may produce similar outputs for different users as they utilize the same or similar inputs.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data submitted to the AI features will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not provide any sensitive personal information while using the AI features. We do not guarantee the security of any data you transmit through our platform—this will be at your own risk. You grant Innotech Lifestyle Sdn Bhd permission to collect feedback from you to help enhance the AI features in the future.
